- Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I've been requesting a paid up letter from vodacom for months now only to be contacted by consultants promising to call me back but nothing! my account is under debt review i just need this one paid up letter for them to begin the clearing process but Vodacom you call them they keep on saying they will get back to you ..I am not happy
