He dropped me off far from where i was going - Consumer Complaint for MENLYN TAXI ASSOCIATION - HEAD OFFICE

I am very disappointed in the service i got today i have been using menlyn taxi association everyday for 5 years now and i ahve never had such a bad service where i feared for my life. Today i took taxi around 20h00 the driver himself asked me where i am going i told him i am going to equestria estate then he said i can get inside then to my suprise when we passed the grove mall i asked him are you going to drop me last or you forgot about me then he said no there is no one here for equestria you took the wrong taxi then i told him you said i must get in even some passangers told him then he said he's not crazy to have mixed the taxi then he drove out and said no i am not going there you can take off here that time is around 20h45 and i am a woman.i asked him how am i going to get home is far and not safe he sai he doesn't know the he drove off.from the grove to estate is another 45 minutes walk and not to mention is not safe. Unfortunately i didn't get his registration but i know him and for someone old like him i am even more disappointed.

I always get the best service but that old man left me where i was alone with nyawupes he didn't care why did he take me from the rank if he knew he wasn't going there and why he became rude when we tell him that he's the one who agreed to mix the taxi.
