Cancellation of Expired Contract Still being debited - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My phone contract ended end June 2020. May 15th I called to cancel and was told to phone on the 1st of June which I did. I called again at the end of June to confirm cancellation. End July I was debited again and was told that the cancellation had not been registered on your system but they were doing so now and they would apply for a refund. 1st August R505.00 (more than my usual debit amount of R343) was debited which I had my bank return and now I'm trying to contact Vodacom customer "service" to no avail. AND my phone is still active.
WHAT IS GOING ON!!
