At the end of June I upgraded my Red Premium package. I've been on this package for the past 4 years. I negotiated a deal for the following: 1000 air time minutes, 20Gig of data, and a Samsung S20 for R1280. I then happily received my new Samsung S20. I then used this package for the month of July without problems. Then, suddenly, at the beginning of August, I suddenly find out I have no minutes and no data. Vodacom has, without my knowledge or consent, changed my contract to a Flexi 175 package. I've tried to resolve this issue but to no avail. I've spend hours on the phone already! This is now the 11th day of August, and I cannot do any work because of this blunder from Vodacom. Please go and listen to the phone call when I upgraded in June. Now Vodacom sent me an email, asking to come and pick up the S20 unused! I've used it from the date I received it. And they offer me the Red Premium package for R1790 (or something). My previous package included unlimited air time, 10Gig data and the Huawei P20 Pro for about R1,100. Please, resolve this issue as fast as possible. Want I want is what I agreed to: A Samsung S20 (which I already have and use), 1000 minutes, 20Gig of data for the amount of R1,280 per month.
