Disgusting service and attitude - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Today I attended on this store and took a ticket waiting to be attended to at the clicks pharmacy. I was standing in the queue for about 10 15 mins while a pharmacist was busy typing on his cellphone. When I was eventually called by another lady, zukiswa, this service was pathetically slow and unappetizing. Firstly, she took forever to find my script. When eventually she loaded my script onto my card, she just processed everything without confirming what al I need from the script and whether it will be cash or medical aid. After a while when she was done I told her I do not need everything and further asked her if everything went off as chronic. With much attitude, she reversed what I didnt need and further informed me that one set of meds did not go through as chronic. With much sigh, she said she will need to phone the medical aid. I sensed complete laziness and attitude whereafter I told her to reverse everything and I will go somewhere else. I had to asked her 3 or 4 times in a row if she successfully loaded everything onto my card and after asking her to inform me that everything was reversed via phone later, she rolled her eyes at me. This was in front of another customer at the counter. A lady by the name of charmaine, also then with attitude and hand movements told zukiswa to reverse it and print it out and give it to me and I can to. I was shocked beyond control. I was then informed that after I had left, they spoke in front of the customer. If my script was not loaded onto my card, i would never return to clicks. I can assure you that after years or supporting you, after this 6 months of script I will never return and inform everyone else not to either after this service.
