Pie was cold - Consumer Complaint for PIE CITY - HEAD OFFICE

I'm at pie city west street on the corner of broad Purchased a R25 pie steak and kidney it's cold and I couldn't eat it so I went to the cashier who told me they don't have a warmer and she exchanged it but still the pie was cold and dry and it was all pastry I'm so very disappointed cause I was really hungry and had a bad experience I couldn't finish the pie the filling wasn't enough I will never buy your pies again.
