I have a problem with the Avis Kimberley branch. I was double charged for the damage that was not done by me. I went to Kimberley branch to see where is the damage that occur. I was told that the car is no longer there. I requested a full photo of the car to see the damage. We couldn't see the damage. I spoke to the Manager and he promised to reimburse me. It was on the 04 December 2020 and I haven't yet received my money back. When I call the Manager he doesn't answer the phone.
I am really not happy the way how my case was done. I really need my money.
