I am appalled at the service received from Vodacom. I have been a Vodacom customer for years and I am being treated like a nobody since the installation of Fibre. I have to call Vodacom every day with no solution to my problem. Vodacom Team leaders don't even care to listen and attend to customers when requesting to speak to a Team leader. I installed Fibre in November and it had never worked ever since because of incompetence and bad customer service. I was told a week ago that my Fibre has been finally activated after a long wait and phone calls to the call center, however this was a lie as the Fibre is still not active even today. I called through to query this and I was told they they cannot pick up my address therefore I need to send proof of address. How is that possible that you advised that my Fibre is active then the next day you can't locate my address? We then called through to cancel the Fibre due to no service and to my surprise we are being charged a contract fee for Thousands of Rands even though we took a month to month contract and we were advised differently when the terms and conditions were read to us telephonically.
I am beyond frustrated as this has taken up my time with no resolution at all as everytime you call you are told a different story. I've never experienced such bad customer service!!
At this point I don't think you even care about your customers as the service is appalling!!!
