Refusal to exchange school shirts without till slip - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

A month ago i purchased school shirts for my daughter at your Middelburg branch based at Mhluzi Mall in Mpumalanga, which are a wrong size. I never get a chance to go to shops that much because i am based in Pretoria. I no longer have a receipt for the shirt but its still in its original packaging, my daughter was turned away just because she did not have a till slip this is not acceptable i purchase uniforms and stationery annually at Pep because of the quality and lower prices. Can this matter be resolved please my daughter doesnt have shirts as we speak.
