OK Furniture - Head OfficeWe bought a kic refrigerator on the may 2020 and it stopped working on July 2020 and we went to the shop to report the problem but they failed to send a mechanic and we were forced to take the fridge back to the store for repairs then it has broken down again,still they haven't contacted us ,today the manager told us we which wait for him cause his busy with stock taking mind you it's been three weeks since we reported it broken but no help or a way forward .lastly the fridge was bought on cash.
