I just want to raise a concern about the parcels that was not delivered to me. 1st was I had to request if the delivery càn be extended since We in the family is on a quarantine. Sécond was no ones home to receive it same as the third. And on your website. This is what your delivery rule says.
You will return the parcel after 1-2 attempts if the receiver is uncontactable. But I was able to respond to their message.
I hope you reconsider people who's working,
