Cellphones - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Brought two cellphones last week an brought them back today am told I can't upgrade or even exchange an the lady who attended to me today was not that freindly the battery life an space are not that great an the phones are very slow pls help.brougth them at this pep cell 4313 Dobsonville on the 22/09/2020
