My child,Manelisi Naki,12 years old girl took a Translux bus, from Pretoria to Polokwane on 29/11/2020 at 1030. The child reported to the office that she doesn't know Polokwane so the driver asked to help. I discovered that the child was approaching Louis TRichrdt,I asked to speak to the driver several times and he refused until one passenger took the phone and told me where they are. I feel my child safety was compromised and was in danger. I don't know what was the driver ulterior thinking on going pass Polokwane with the child even though one passenger challenged his attention about the child passing bus stop.I know Translux staff for being helpful with clients who don't really know their destinations. Why did the driver go pass with the 12 year old girl? What was his intention? Are clients safe with Translux now? With all human trafficking,child killings,rape,etc.
I am extremely disturbed by this behavior. I am struggling to get to terms with such behavior.
