Lack of customer service - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Minimart puregold here in judge jimenez kamuning quezon city, it happen last may 28, 2021 around 8:20pm i was about to buy soda just one soda and yet the puregold employee was in line and validating her item to the cashier but her card or i dont whats wrong in her payment,and i was nxt to her.. Nobody tells to me na pasensya n sir may problema lng yung card or whatever, i have to wait her just for one Soda. And why the manager on duty allowing the employee to purchased during on their duty.. i didnt see any action from the manager on duty seeing me on line waiting for my turn just for one soda,,, i see her chating only. customer first before their employee.. they can shop before their duty or after their duty not wearing a uniform.. and i think your manager has to take customer service seminar to be a excellent service..
