Called the customer service Centre on the 5th of February 2021 asking for assistance with an exchange as I did not have a slip, I was promised that a regional manager will contact me between Monday and Tuesday but it’s Friday the 12th was of February 2021 and I still have not been given a call, the item I bought was a curtain worth R249.00 and was a gift for someone but I got the measurements wrong and could not change as the slip was misplaced now I can’t do anything with that curtain because PEP cannot take bake items they sold even for exchange, if I was told that I can’t exchange without a slip I would Understand but now I was given hope that the Regional in Bloemfontein will contact me. This was bought in PEP Home Fluerdal on the 31st January 2021
