Damaged cabinet been ignored - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeWe had a expensive cabinet shipped from Cebu to Leyte and on it’s arrival it’s been dropped and one of the legs is broken. I am not asking for money but a repair. I filled all the forms in and sent to customer(don’t care) LBC but no reply for over 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails asking what’s the update and even called but NOTHING. we are prepared to wait until after the weekend but after that I will seek legal help.
