No support - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeVodacom fibre support is the worst,internet has stopped working on Thursday morning today is Saturday ,I have phoned your support at least 5 times,my original fault log number is SR 210225-253477,every time I phone the support they say someone on their side cancelled the log and all they can do is try and find out why the fault log was cancelled And the biggest problem is these technical Guys don’t work on weekends (for such a huge company it’s a disgrace) now I got to wait for Monday to get some feedback.My router serial number is ALCLB3059CB8.In the meantime we cannot earn a salary due to 3 of us working from home
