Vodacom Fibre - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Our fibre last week went down for 5 days and reported the issue multiple times to Vodacom within the 5 days and one of the Consultant said they would contact metrofiber to come and see what happened to the link but that did not happen we had to contact metro fiber ourselves and report the issue ourselves because everytime we contacted Vodacom about the router they would respond with they waiting on metrofiber because everything was clear on there side,once the metro fiber came through they said the connection was installed incorrectly and re installed it to which worked for 5 days and it's now back to no internet connection.Everytime I ask for a manager he/she is always busy and the Consultant's says that the managers will call me back and never happens.
