Uncomfortable and noisy bed with less than 10 months - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought a bed last year July and after 4 months it started making noise when ever I moved and it distract me to sleep peacefully,I have complained about it but I haven't heard anything from them till to date.if I don't get help I will never buy or advice anyone to buy at ok.because it does not have any guarantee as promised.
