My order still not received - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I order pots on the 20 of July and nothing has been received to date. Tried calling the customer number to no avail. Even went to Bradlows Maponya Mall and a lady by the name of Elizabeth was contacted and they promised to call me back which was 2 weeks ago. No communication is received from your side which is very unprofessional. When dealing with clients it’s important to give feedback so we don’t fell dissatisfied by the service rendered.
