Pharmacist that doesnt know her job and lies about it - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I visited clicks Rivonia village in Johannesburg today and i have never experienced such a disgrace and humiliation infront of other clients. I was assisted by a woman called Kenga OPB, i wanted a prescription that is already captured on the system and sinucon that u was taking with my savungs on the medical aid. The woman told me that nothing will be covered by my medical aid and i will pay cash for everything, i asked her why?? While i have medical savings and my prescription is automatucally covered by the medical aid itself. She couldn't answer me why, i asked what could be the problem as i have never heard of such and never encountered a problem like that. It was clear that she was lying to me, she was just suppose to tell me that she doesn't know she is still learning so that i understand. She lied straight to my face saying the system was not working and it chose for me to pay cash. I only hope she did the write thing because i didnt even sign or see what she charged me from. Im very dissapointed at clicks rivonia pharmacy really, because i work wirh people and in our workplaces we learn everyday and when we dont know we enquire with ones with knowledge. That woman made me look like a fool that i came to clicks taking chances with my medical aid, of which i know very well what is happening. Im very much pissed. I didnt sign for what i took from the pharmacy and she didnt even know that i need to sign. I hate incompetence with all my heart as i always try to be patient but i will never accept lies. I always capture my prescription with clicks and 1st time i experience this nonesense
