Sim swap - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi there

I have been contacting Vodacom from 1 March 2021 to do a SIM swap to date it is still not done even after numerous calls I have made to Vodacom and hello Peter complaints I logged and still unresolved.
I get calls from this useless Mali Ismail, who dropped the call on my ear without assisting me with my on going issue.
This is my last email to Vodacom, if you cannot resolve this can you please forward me details of the ombudsman.
