Laybye Payment issue - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I settled my laybye on 17/04 paid through online, went to enquire many times as my money is not appearing on my account. The mafikeng workers also send emails to finance department with my bank statement as a proof of payment, which I also did it personally, but no response from any email till today.
