I called in to inquire about data depletion, the customer service I recieved was very bad the lady by the name Busi/Buhle was very rude, I tried a couple of times to tell her not to raise her voice at me she continued to abuse me while asking about my data.
The whole experience left a very bitter taste as it's clear that Vodacom doesn't respect or value it's customers.
I am really disappointed and contemplating leaving the brand me and my family
