Useless service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

My dad bought a 3 piece genuine upper leather brown couch from you guys and the couches started discoloring and they were getting ripped in between them. We informed the store then the couches were picked up in March before the lock down. My dad is still paying for those couches n we don't have them it's been 3 months now. I went to the store 2 Saturdays ago to speak to the manager he said he was waiting for the complaint department to open n he didn't get back to me. I called him today he said he'd call me back he still hasnt. I spoke to a consultant who is supposed to be from head office he asks me about a delivery number, that manager Thabiso didn't give me a delivery number

Bad..Bad...very bad and poor service

I bought a bedroom suit last year in June which broke within 2 months it was collected from my house in Septermber till today i didnt get my suits back..when i enquire about it from store manager she used to tell me about the supplier and now she is telling me about lock down ppl went back to work but still no respond nor feedback received from Bradlows central str Pretorius branch...i want my money pls pls pls...0730988633

I send this email with a broken heart, the manager at bradlows has failed me since 2018, I bought a couch 2017 December the couch was R46000 and I have just finished paying my installment this month. The couch has been giving me problems since 2018 and they came to fetch it for repair. The couch haa went fir repairs more than 6 times. Yesterday they bring back the couch and the couch is worse than before couldn't take it back because I'm tired..... I since I had this couch I haven't enjoyed it and in this 24 month only had it for 13 months the rest of the months it's on repairs last year I called the head office and they said to me they will contact me within 3 working days till today I haven't received any call from them. The manager said to me she received the call from the gead office to check my credit and give me another couch but in few days I received a call from the repairs telling me that they are coming to fetch the couch for repairs... Bradlows has failed me, I have reported them ti consumer counsel and I have to pay R2500
