Cashier being rude. Even if the supervisor asked her to apologize - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I got to the till the cashier never greeted me. Scanned the item I was buying she then asked me to swipe the clicks card i tried 3 times but the card was not swiping she then tells me to call out the number on my card. I stood to see what will she do with the next customer wow smiling and friendly I called the supervisor and complain.she was rude even when her supervisor asked her to apologize. As for Zanele The supervisor friendly and sweet. the cashier spoiled my day I don't think I'll ever shop at clicks east rand mall. With that kind of attitude you must be loosing lot of customers
