Delay in delivering and responding - Consumer Complaint for DHL OFFICE- DHL Tracking, Express

Am suppose to receive a parcel sent by mimi hairs since 1st may 2020 but till now I have not gotten a tracking number let alone a call from you people.....this is not fair and professional.....am in Durumi close to living faith church by area 3 junction Abuja.....am really in need of that parcel please
