Very poor service - Consumer Complaint for DHL OFFICE- DHL Tracking, Express

I went there on 5th of November, 2020 to lodge in a parcel that I want it to be delivered to Lagos the next day being 6th of November. I joined the queue as they were about four people before me. The two front desk officers were busy attending to some other people that I came before probably cos they felt their parcel are more important and they felt its normal to do such in a failed system like Nigeria with no plea to others in queue. I didn't talk much cos I am pregnant and have zero energy to talk. It reached to a point that I couldn't bear any longer then I had to stand to approach the front desk officer and one of them told me afterall my parcel won't leave that day that I should wait. Imagine what nonsense! I still stood there she processed some other people's own I came before and added them to the deliveries leaving same day in order to reach in time. I wouldn't say I loved there services, they really need to be just and act accordingly. I held myself back from shouting and creating scene in the office cos it could be embarrassing for me. Summarily, I was among the last to be attended to and that's quite unfair. If there was a phone number to call I would have put a call across. Please look into this and tender apology to those who are ill treated. I won't recommend DHL Enugu again for this single act unless they change or change staff. Thanks
