Laybuy, delivery and mistakenly said the wrong word (Memory card instead of USB) and bad attitude - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

1stly I wanted to do a laybuy and I was told it was too small as it won't fit or whatever in their storage and when I said I will add more items they told me that they were closing, 2ndly my parcel was sent from Cape Town I still haven't received it, only to find outit was never given to the courier guy they just scanned it and today, today(Pep Cell) I made a mistake with word I said Memory card instead of USB and when I asked the teller to please change it she said she can't especially now that it's lockdown blah blah blah and the attitude in the main is too bad on old ladies, only the store manager, guys and 1 lady that are sweet. This is Elliotdale store 4706 (if not mistaken)

Morning,i was at pep mall@lebo 06july 2020,the lady called marble said i mst follow the queue when im on duty. Please help
