I gave 30 days notice for my contract cancelation in October 2020 but I'm still being charged R65 for a product I never agreed to nor want 0790254836
I have made it very clear in all my subsequent phone calls that I do not want any service from vodacom but you still have the audacity to debit my card illegally. I will take this to the ombuds
1st October was my final payment, now 1 March 2021 again vodacom has debit my card illegally

Comment Can not believe that you are supposedly the best provider!! You keep harassing people someone over the phone to upgrade! never ending even at inappropriate times over the weekends. Are you guys so hard up?? I will upgrade when it suits me the best
