MACTAN-MANDAUE HUB - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

This is the nth attempt and ill be raising this dispute to 8888 and DTI for your irresponsible service. I called your driver and he told me he can't deliver the parcel and would return my package to the warehouse at 4 pm, that's not even it. He even told me to go to CITIHARDWARE TABOK MANDAUE CITY so I could pick up my own package, I told him I can get it in the nearest LBC branch around Tabok, Mandaue Insular Square but he insists that I myself would get it there in the said hardware. Your service is the worst! They did not even call and he even had the audacity to use the excuse that LBC DOESNT PROVIDE THEM WITH LOAD. This is the most frustrating transaction I had in my entire life!!! You have the laziest drivers in Mactan-Mandaue Hub! You even don't even have the earnest effort to try to deliver my parcel!!!! I am very frustrated since those documents are very important!!!! You don't even read your waybill, it's your responsibility to properly deliver my package door-to-door since I paid for that! I have been following up on package 3x!!! Shame on you, and your service, and not even a customer service via email helped me.
