I upgrade my service from regular internet to fiber and to my God instead it improved from the better its worst.When I call the office they are so unprofessional, not to mention when I call Sinclair to asked what's happening he is also getting frustrated and telling customers he is not sure what is happening. They don't communication to customers they just come in the area and disrupt the service without telling customers. They are not mindful to say persons are working from home and also kids are doing online classes. This company is a big joke and a waste of time , all who is reading this I will be filing a complaint with the bureau of standard and you all should do the same or sign a petition against them because they don't care about customer all they care about is there money. But mind you if all the cusromers should take they business somewhere else you all will be out of a job.One of the lady in the office me she can't do anything and if I want to go to another come then its OK with her. I don't know where Sinclair get these nasty ass people to work with not to make mention of the one call Vanessa she sick stomach. You guys need to go back to the drawing board and come again.
