Closing earlier without notice - Consumer Complaint for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mexico, Pampanga (Mexico Branch)

I have been turned away twice once at 16:44 and once at 16:30. Their closing as listed on site and at their location says 17:00. If a person works a day job usually they can only visit the branch before it closes or not at all. But the staff is in the branch and the sign at the door still said open. It is highly annoying to go out of your way only to be told they are already closed 30 minutes before the time that they were supposed to close. I only needed to pick up my Lazada packages which is a simple matter of putting an OTP into their site and releasing the package, it does not take a lot of time. They should change the sign to 16:30 instead.
