I ordered birthday gift for my sister in Philippines . I paid with PayPal and it won’t through. I contacted company and they told me they couldn’t deliver or process my order as they don’t receive payment . I contacted both my bank
And PayPal and both confirmed fish pond received the money I sent emails
and done on line chat several
Times but they do not reply
