I bought the Oregon Lounge suite on the 04/11/2020 and after numerous fights this was delivered 17/11/2020 13 days for delivery , upon opening the suite the units are broken and the store is now trying to blame the transporter but this is clearly a factory issue , the one foot sits in the air the other on the floor and this lets the 1 seater wobble.he 2 seater is also broken. I am appauled at the service i got , the lies that were told. The Bradlows Southgate team has no intergrity and this is very poor for a household name like Bradlows. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me , 8 years ago i waited 18 days for delivery and eventually resorted to Hello Peter which i am going to do again. It seems as long as a sale is made and a target reached the client must see to themselves. Why dont they close that store so that we can go elsewhere and get proper service. I need answers
