I'd like to follow up my REFUND REQUEST more than 2 months ago. Until now you didn't give back my money of 1,500. Ref# SS-03-765101, Ticket#001671401, Reference#: SRQ-045364. It's so hard to contact your contact#s and not answering email. I escalated this case many times. Please be honest and do the right thing.
