This is the 9th day that we don't have internet connection. The CS team could only advise us that this is due to the ongoing outage in our area yet we are the only one affected in our neighborhood. We are all working from home and it is already affecting our work. This is already unacceptable. We cannot just wait around without internet connection as we need to make a living also. Please urgently provide us alternative or urgently fix this outage!
