Poor food service - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

We ordered a family seafood platter take away on Thursday last week. We were told to fetch our food at a specific time 6:30 pm. We arrived at 6:30 pm. We live 9 mins away from Gateway. When we arrived home - our food was ice cold. The calamari turned to rubber and became inedible. Then we realised that there was no mussels in our platter.
We paid R565 for the food as it was my husband’s birthday. It was the worst meal ever. Never again will I order or even eat at Ocean basket
