I am struggling to get nack back the holding bance - Consumer Complaint for AVIS RENT A CAR - HEAD OFFICE

I am struggling to get back the money i payed for the holding balance when i was taking the car rental on the 19/11/20 via iwys insurance,the car was brought back on the 22/12/20,according to Lorain i suppose to get the money on the 22/01/21 the amount of R1,500 till todae the 28 nothing .
