Good day, Converge ICT Solutions Inc., It’s been 51days since I paid an amount of 1,500 (PESOS) to install a service at my address. Checked the application I paid which was created by one of your agents HOWEVER IT WAS CANCELLED. Another agent of yours made another order yet it’s on hold. I just need explanation about what’s going on or if there’s any chance for my service to be installed because I will file a former complaint if this won’t be resolved.
