Disgustingly treated by store security and store manager Vangate Mall Bridgetown - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Clicks Store - Head OfficeGood day, today 27th March about 16:20/30 I was at the store with my two sons which we usually frequented. I went to go purchase a medical oinment for my eldest son,13 years old. Myself and my 9 year old son was in the line to go pay the medicine and 2 small sachets of 2's panados I wanted to purchase and m6 eldest son was going to the front to wait for us. She we enter entered clicks my shoprite grocery bag was cellotaped by the security gaurd a woman and she also saw my sons back pack blue on his back and allowed us to enter. After paying my items at the cashier I walked to the door with my younger son to meet up with the eldest and another security store guard told me very seriously that we must follow her to a back room. I asked "why?" But she gave no reason and was just adamant that we must just follow her. She insulted me with remarks like what am I scared of. I was never ever so emembarrased in my life. My sons and myself are law abiding citizens and I come from police back ground. My sons told me she accused him that he shoplifted and said the door alarm went off but he said no alarm went off and I also heard nothing as I was right close to the door. She also demanded me to open my shoprite bag and I told her but the bag was sealed by your security guard. Even the store manager was rude and made taunts like keep your mouth and open the bag and what are you scared of!. Then she the manager commanded the store security guard to frisk me, my 13 year old and 9 year old who was traumatised already. I said what why would you want to do that for? She the security guard lady went ahead and start frisking me all over.I told her I know my rights and my children's rights on which both of them told me, what rights?! What is your rights. I will never ever be able to outlive this embarrassing moment and traumatising experience for my kids!!! How dare they treat loyal, respectful and honest customers like this! The security store gayrd is As and a and the manager I think is sikonda. I cannot see myself leaving this matter here. I live like 10 minutes away from this mall and do all my shopping there basicly daily and frequently purchase my medication and sundries at clicks for almost over 20 years and I have never ever!!!in my entire life experience this. I know they ere wrong bit what will clicks head office do about such a matter!? Igonore it or deal with it. I'm not saying they mustn't do there work but this was totally uncall for! I need answers. Why were we treated so poorly and on top of it they gave my 9 year old an experience to be frisked!!! No no no I want this matter to be dealt with asap

Comment Up till today I have received no response from Clicks Head Office. Should I seek help elsewhere?
