Lounge suite - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a lounge suite from Bradlows when it was delivered the 2 seater couch leather was throne, the wood inside is broken. I have send emails with photos on the 29th May already. I have lodge a complaint after which a Tanya have send me an email requesting my invoice I have send that to her. On the 5th June I received an email to say that my query has been escalated. I have still not received the new couch. I bought the lounge suit online and paid cash for it. This is very bad service I think it is time to report this onto social media where people can see they must not buy from Bradlows. Your phones does not get answered and when someone answers they just escalate the call. My order number is 9000105692. Customer Resolution Centre #2195226
