Poor service and cant upgrade my Contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeOn the 26th of January I selected to upgrade my contract with the S21 plus on a smart 1 g 75 min 24 month contract for R949 a month with a travel charger and the Samsung goodies as per the pre-order agreement . The order was processed but the phone delivered was the normal S21 on the 28th of Jan . I returned the phone on the phone on the 29th. After numerous calls and contact via Facebook the upgrade was cancelled on the 12th of Feb. with a promise that a consultant will phone me to do my upgrade . after almost two weeks no still no phone call and no feedback on how far they are to resolving this issue . When I phone I get told that a consultant will contact me before the end of day which never happens . I am frustrated and utterly disappointed in the level of service . What should I do now as no one seems capable of helping me. Further to this i have all the emails and messages to proof this
