Billing issues and poor customer services - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Were do I start!!!!! I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 25 years and the treatment you get for being a loyal customer is unacceptable.
I tried phoning your 082135 number numerous times from my cellphone - either get cut off or ask for an alternative number for a consultant to phone me back. Been a month no phone calls. Advised to sent emails which I also did on numerous occasions with no luck. Phone your Regional Office in Port Elizabeth was told that they cannot assist me with my complaint and that I need to go into a Vodacom store. I feel this is pathetic because if you have a problem with vodacom and nobody want to assist you that is why you have a Head Office or a Regional Office. So your customer service are appalling because to rate your services it will be definitely a 0
My second complaint is that Vodacom just feel free to debit my account with what ever amounts they feel like. This is fraud. If I did not agree to any subscriptions how can you just debit any amount. Then the consultant advise me that that is because I have an open line. This is also unacceptable. I have been paying for services that I do not use.
Thirdly why sent me to a store and they cannot assist me with my query. They also have to phone the 082135 number. Get your house in order. I will not renew any of my contracts with Vodacom due to the lack of service and the billing charges not subscribe to.
Very very unhappy customer!!!!
