Vinyl Tiles - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Went to Somerset West branch looking for peel and stick tiles...unfortunately they didn't have...but Valerie was kind enough to phone branches and Somerset Mall had....drove there waiting for 10 minutes and they never took the 2 as requested from the shelves..I'm beyond angry...wasted petrol and my time and no one is claiming responsibility....I left my cell phone number to have the Mall sort out the mess up.....Angry like HELL
