Pathetic customer service - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

MAKRO - Head OfficeI bought i Alcatel tablet thats on your promo today. The cell phone counter lady never told us about the free 29 Vodacom airtime. She was very unhelpful,didn't acknowledge us and didn't even active the phn for us. We really had a bad experience today, she send us to 2 different tills to pay for the phn and SIM card separately. She has no customer service skills.
