Theft - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

I have a membership with Planet fitness (QUEENSWOOD) and my membership was supposed to end last month (January) according to the signed contract. It has come to my concern that planet fitness has been trying to debit money from my account for the month of February. I called the facility to enquire about my membership and I was told that my membership was extended until June. The lock down was a form of a natural disaster so I do not see the need to pay for those months missed and besides that my point is that I did not sign any agreement agreeing for my contract to be extended, THIS IS ACTUALLY THEFT. What I am now kindly asking is for the facility to cancel my membership, failure to do so I will go to my bank and stop the debit order.

I would appreciate your intervention in this matter.
