I have a complaint about one of the pharmacy consultant who was rude to me. I went there this mor ing to get my medication that was prescribed from hospital for me. I was waiting on the queue waiting to be called and my number was not called. I saw that on the screen it disappeared. I then went to the consultants and asked about it and she rudely dismissed me by telling me that my number hasn't been called. After 3p minutes i went back to her that is when she told me my number was called a long time ago. I told her that but i asked as i didnt hear my number been called as i came to her to check because i cpuld see it was a long time now. After a while when i went back she said the number was called already. I was in the shop for more thatn an hour and she didnt eveb apologies that she disnt check my number. That was bad customer service as i was sick with an ear problem. My lift left as i was taking too long and i needed to take my meds
