Nag-email po ako sa custom***@manilabankerslife.com (please check sa website nila yung email ad). Nagreply sila, ang sabi they have a 30-day process daw for this. And then the agent from SM North EDSA contacted me to personally come to their office to further discuss this matter. I was hoping for a quick resolution, but pinipilit nila akong wag mag-cancel. Long story short, nagalit na ako sa kanila. Then the manager came out to talk to me. Pinagawan nila ako ng letter,saying na after ko silang makausap, magka-cancel pa rin ako. So, I did. Magdadalawang linggo na simula noon pero wala pa ring progress. Ang sinasagot lang "please bear with us" Sana ma-resolve na, kasi nakakagalit ang ginagawa nila talaga.
