Locking of numbers - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeThe transfer of 3 x lines from my deceased husband's account to another existing account with Vodacom has been approved. Despite this transfer being approved, these lines have been locked as of this morning. These numbers are used in the dailing running of our business and without the use of them, our business are seriously affected. I visited our local Vodacom outlet, but despite their best efforts and speaking to various consultants at Vodacom head office, the matter could not be resolved. Very, very poor service and at this stage I question the fact that I even want to continue any relationship with Vodacom.
